As a Digital Account Director at Satellite you’ll work across an exciting range of projects, supporting our key customers. Responsibilities include maintaining and fostering client relationships therefore professionalism and integrity are essential in your approach.
You’ll be guiding clients through the complete delivery process of digital software development projects, managing the process from sales through to completion and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard. This is primarily an external, customer facing role where projects will require you to scope (budget, timeline, requirements etc) and prepare an internal brief, then work with a Digital Producer, who'll project manage it internally.
You will need to possess an innate understanding of client requirements and report back on progress and deliverables, so clear communication is paramount. This will include taking briefs, presenting project updates, attending WIPs, managing timelines and organising the flow of information.
You’ll also work with the wider digital team and juggle priorities to deliver multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging the various skills and expertise within the business to always get the client the best outcome.
