Satellite is looking for a new, dynamic, professional person to fulfill our front of house and office management responsibilities. Whilst we frame it as a Receptionist/Office Management role, we see this position having a broad portfolio, including:

  • Seamless and professional operation of the front desk, in addition to assisting the Managing Director and General Manager with calendar management, scheduling meetings and other required tasks where necessary.
  • General Reception duties to include: answering all incoming calls, phone transfers, incoming and outgoing couriers, greeting visitors and collating all incoming and outgoing mail.
  • General office management, assisting across all areas of the company where necessary, for example ordering stationery, communicating with office maintenance suppliers, maintaining an up to date client database, computer backups, computer printer and photocopier support. You'll also hold the office petty cash float and reconcile all expenses, in addition to assisting the finance department where necessary.
  • You'll assist with digital content updates, reporting, prize fulfillment and online helpdesks therefore it would be great if you were familiar with website CMS, social media and online productivity tools.
