The solution
Satellite delivered a custom instance of our TAG live event platform, designed specifically for Deep Purple Day. Members received a mobile companion that acted as their ticket, interactive guide, and shopping assistant throughout the event. From tasting session information and venue maps to live event content and wine profiles, every detail was accessible in one refined interface. Our on-site access control ensured secure, contactless entry, while real-time dashboards gave organisers full visibility of check-ins, ticket delivery, and guest flow.


Click & Collect Wine Ordering
One of the standout features was mobile wine ordering via Click & Collect. As guests moved between tastings, they could add bottles to their cart in real time and collect their selections at the Cellar Door or opt for home delivery. This frictionless purchasing experience drove spontaneous sales and deepened engagement with Craggy Range’s wines - without disrupting the rhythm of the day.
Photo booth experience
To capture the atmosphere, guests were also invited to participate in a mobile-connected photo booth experience. With a quick QR scan, their photos were sent directly to their mobile interface for easy sharing on social media. It added a light, interactive layer to the celebration while staying true to the sophistication of the event.
